Maybe they’re a trend, but they sure make tasty food. Recently, Denver had the privilege of being a stop on the Food Network Great Food Truck Race. Food trucks filled the city for the weekend and we went out to track a couple down. It’s always inspiring to see how they design their trucks (sometimes even as interesting as the food).
