Blame It on the Altitude Postcards

Whether you're just visiting or a native as they say, these postcards are basically Denver's officially stationery to be used for any correspondence leaving the city limits. After spending a day breathing in the thin air and baking under the intense sunshine, write a note to a friend and let them know that you are thinking about them as they miss out on all Denver has to offer. Plus, they double as coasters for your beer if you run into some writer's block. Find them in our shop and around Denver.

A Cat in Underpants

It's not every day you see a cat in underpants. Then again, you don't turn 5 every day either (actually only happens once). For these party invitations we did a one color letterpress followed by watercolor washes. We think they're the cat's pajamas.

Give Someone Booze Tags

Booze doesn't require a lot of gift wrapping. Sure there's the tall, slender bag with rope handles that basically acts as a fancy brown paper sack. But once the booze is unsheathed and the bag is discarded, nobody will remember who gave them that booze and all booze credit will be lost. So don't make that mistake. Use these oversized letterpress tags to fasten tightly to your gift and securely say "I gave you the booze I'd want you to give me".

Find the entire collection in our Etsy shop.

Compass Wedding Collection

For this wedding collection, we drew inspiration from the compass. The idea that it guides and gives direction as the couple starts their journey together. The couple wanted an invitation that was formal, but also a little nontraditional. This two-color letterpress square invitation mixed simple elements for a playful, yet classic design.

How to Peel a Crawfish: If You Don't Know, Now You Know.

Well, it's almost crawfish season again and we're already thinking about our annual crawfish boil. Here's the invitation we created for last year's boil. Living in Denver, we always get first-time peelers so we figured we'd show them how it's done. Yes, yes, we left out the sucking-the-head part. That is definitely optional and that's definitely not all flavor.

Happy Life Invitation

We were very proud to create this invitation for Amanda's grandfather's 90th birthday. The invitation features a series of milestones throughout his life that all lead up to a family reunion celebration announcement. This was our first time printing on sheets of wood. We were really pleased how the wood held up in the press and took on the ink. This adds a nice texture to a one-color print.

Shhhh....It's a Surprise Birthday Invitation

We had a lot of fun creating this top secret invitation and now we're glad we can finally share it. Since it was a surprise party it only seemed natural to create a hidden file on the guest of honor. All pieces were letterpressed expect for the photo.
